Posters on the conference topics can be submitted via email only until 31 December 2020 at the latest. After selection of the best abstracts, the authors will be notified regarding the creation of a poster.
Email address for abstract submission: poster-award@sysmex.de. After the successful submission of your abstract, you will receive an email confirmation.
The submitted abstract should cover one of the following topics:
The abstract should have a maximum length of 250 words and should be written in English. It should include the following information:
Ensure that the contact person’s name, address and email address are quoted completely and correctly. Your abstract will be used as it was submitted.
The poster format will be portrait DIN A0 (841 × 1189 mm). Please provide the poster as a PDF file. Graphics or images can be submitted in jpg or gif format. The maximum pixel size of an image is 600(b) x 800(h) pixels and 500 KB. Please note that any existing conflicts of interest must be indicated.
After a thorough assessment of the abstracts, you will be notified via email, whether your abstract was accepted and whether you may create a poster. Detailed information regarding the composition and presentation of posters will be provided.
