Salzburg Airport W.A. Mozart is the second largest airport in Austria and is served by numerous airlines. Furthermore, the international airports of Vienna and Munich are only 2 to 3 hours away by public transport. From the airport, it takes around 15 minutes by car to get to Salzburg Congress. With O-Bus line 2 from Salzburg Airport you will be at Salzburg Congress in around 20 minutes.

With its many national and international train connections, Salzburg Hauptbahnhof is the most important hub in the west of Austria. Since it is so close to the border with Germany, it is managed by Österreichische Bundesbahnen (ÖBB) and Deutsche Bahn AG (DB). The main station is only a 15-minute walk away from Salzburg Congress. A taxi stand is located on the right side of the main portal.
Salzburg is optimally connected to the international motorway network and thus very accessible. Within Austria, you can take the A1 or A10, from Germany you take the A8 to get to the City of Mozart.

Salzburg Congress is one of the most modern convention centres in Europe and is located at the heart of the city of Salzburg: 15,000 square metres of event space on five floors and up to 15 halls provide the perfect venue for international congresses, conferences, product presentations and events. The exceptional architecture of the centre, its versatility and technical equipment has found international acclaim. The Sysmex Diagnostic Forum 2020 will take place on the 1st floor. Conference rooms which are bathed in light and a large exhibition area for the Industry Exhibition and Poster Session are available here.
In the evening of the first day of the event (30/03/2020) we will invite you to a Country Dinner where participants will enjoy dinner together at tables organised by country. The Country Dinner will take place at the modern restaurant Sternbräu. It is located at the historic heart of Salzburg city centre, close to the banks of River Salzach.
In the evening of the second day of the event, 31 March 2020, all participants will meet at the oldest restaurant in Europe – St. Peter Stiftskulinarium. You can look forward to lively discussions with speakers, Sysmex experts and colleagues from the industry while enjoying our meal in the Barock Saal and Haydn Zimmer.
