Posters on the conference topics can be submitted via email only from 1 April to 1 October 2019 at the latest. After selection of the best abstracts, the authors will be notified regarding the creation of a poster.

The submitted abstract should cover one of the following topics:
The abstract should have a maximum length of 250 words and should be written in English. It should include the following information:
Ensure that the contact person’s name, address and email address are quoted completely and correctly. Your abstract will be used as it was submitted.
Graphics or images can be submitted in jpg or gif format. The maximum pixel size of an image is 600(b) x 800(h) pixels and 500 KB.
Please note that any existing conflicts of interest must be indicated. The conflicts of interest must be disclosed for the first and last author in the beginning of the talk and on the poster.
After a thorough assessment of the abstracts, you will be notified via email, whether your abstract was accepted and whether you may create a poster. Detailed information regarding the composition and presentation of posters and talks will be provided to the authors of the selected abstracts in due time. The poster format will be portrait DIN A0 (841 × 1189 mm). The presenting author will be invited to participate in the Forum at the organiser’s expense to present their work as part of the Poster Session.
All submitted abstracts will be assessed by a qualified external committee. The authors of the selected abstracts will be invited to the Sysmex Diagnostic Forum to present their posters. Out of these authors, three winners will be nominated. The winners will have the opportunity to present their posters to the whole plenum. The presentation of the winning posters and the award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 1 April 2020, 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Furthermore, the winners will be supported by Sysmex in their further work.
